    Select one of the A5 activity sheets and place it near the board. Start with the easier patterns (No.1–12) and work your way up to more complex designs.

  • 2. Challenge Yourself with Two Strings (Questions 13-15)

    • Move on to problems 13 through 15 on the sheet.
    • For these questions, you will need to use two strings to replicate the example patterns.

  • 3. Create Geometric Shapes (Questions 16-20)

    • Finally, tackle problems 16 through 20.
    • These problems involve creating various geometric shapes using the strings.

  • 4. Talk and Play Together

    Once they've completed the 22 set challenges, let your child use the triangle pieces freely to build their own designs. Use simple language to describe what they’re building - “You made a square using two triangles!” This reinforces vocabulary and shape recognition. They can recreate images from the sheets or invent entirely new ones, boosting creativity and imagination.
